Tips

“Swarovski, in my opinion, can't be beaten in the high quality optics market. I use my 10x40 EL binoculars and an 80 HD with a 20x60 zoom eyepiece.”

Canon Cameras and Lenses

“I use several Canon cameras for all of my photographic work. The sharpest and fastest lens on the market today, which is a must for anyone serious about photography, is a Canon 300mm 2.8 lens MK2. A nice all-round lens is the Canon 100-400mm lens. I now also use a Canon 600mm F4 IS  MK2 lens, and a Canon G1 X.

For Macro work, I recommend a 100mm IS Macro lens. Of course, let’s not forget the standard 50mm lens, which should always be close at hand. Converters are 2X1.4 and 2x plus extension tubes. The superb Sigma 180mm f/2.8 APO EX DG OS HSM Macro Lens.  & 70-200 2.8 IS”
